We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and will assist you in arranging pick up.

For returns we will debit your credit card or pay pal account once we receive and inspect the returned items that they are in their original condition, unused, unworn, with their original packaging and with their tags untouched in their original attachment. We cannot accept any returned item which doesn’t have the original tags attached. For this purpose, please email us at Within 72hours following receipt of your request we will send you instructions on how to return the products to us.

In case you need to exchange your purchase we will be happy to assist you.


In case that you will need a repair on a damage that may occur in time, please feel free to send as a photograph of the item that needs a repair and we will be happy to assist you. Repair charges may occur depending on the nature of the repair. However, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs via tracked delivery postal service for repairing your item.


Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are not accepted for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and for any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item to Atelier Dassios, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
