In addition, this e-shop is designed and intended for all internet users who wish to complete a purchase by distance, meaning on line order, provided that the company has sufficient stock or an in prior agreement with the company to produce an item that is out of stock or belongs in past collections, in the sufficient time of one month in agreement with the customer.

Cash on Delivery

PLACING AN ORDER
“Dassios” makes every possible effort to present the products on the website in the most accurate way. In some cases, the information on our website may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or to update the website anytime without prior notification.
Given the nature of products that are being presented on our website and the different types of visual aspects, the colors of fabrics, trims, embroideries and general decoration elements that are presented may differ slightly from those of the actual product.
Moreover, as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the goods presented in our web site and finally delivered.
Please take under serious consideration that due to the nature of all handmade trims, embroideries, bands and other handmade decoration elements that are used and applied on the garments, which are unique pieces of art and manufactured by various artisans, cannot be reproduced exactly the same. For this reason slight color alternations will eventually occur on the delivered item, enabling each item to become unique for the end user or customer. Customers accept fully this “dassios” concept of uniqueness for each garment and will not impose any complaint of this nature on the delivered item. However, if the product that reaches your hands does not meet your expectations, you can return it in accordance with the terms of returns policy set herein.
Order Procedure
We aim to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services, offering all the relevant information including price, color and size. All prices include VAT (currently at 24%).
By placing an order, you, the customer state that you have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions and you are entering into a distance selling agreement, governed by the Greek Law 2251/1994 and confirm that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code. You certify that you are an adult of 18 years of age or older according to the laws of your country or state of residence and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements.
Only orders placed in English language, or any other language provided by this website will be accepted.

Availability
All products shown on the web site www.dassios.com are subject to availability. Due to the seasonal nature some of our products may not be available at all times. Our website is updated regularly to ensure that our stock quantities are accurate. However, irregularities of availability and shortages may occur.
“Dassios” reserves the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and remove or edit any material or content of the website without prior notice and without any liability for any damages occurring from the above actions.
In case an order is placed for a product, which is no longer available, we shall contact you within 72 hours to inform you of the shortage.
CANCELLING AN ORDER:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at: info@dassios.com stating your order number.
Cancellation must be received within 24 hours of ordering. If you notify us for a cancellation later than 24 hours after placing the order, we will do our best to accept your request providing that we haven’t processed or dispatched your order yet. Accepting your cancellation request, we will notify you by email to the email address you have registered with us.
It may not always be possible to cancel an order after being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Pricing Policy
All prices shown on our website are given by default in Euro (€), and include VAT, which is charged at the current rate of 24%.
All prices per style code shown on our website do not include shipping costs or any other applicable VAT, tax or duty that may occur during import at the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and they are added to the shopping cart before the order is finalized. Please do not submit a payment if you do not agree with the shipping costs. You will know the final price of your order (including VAT and shipping cost) when you have completed all the steps of your order.
Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible by email. Within 48 hours you will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If you do nothing of the above your order will be cancelled.
GENERAL TERMS
Customer Obligations
Customers must comply with the rules and provisions of Greek, European and International Law and the relevant legislation governing telecommunications and refrain from any unlawful and abusive conduct during and in connection with the website and any illegal practices. The customer is liable for any damage to him/her, due to the misuse of the website or misuse of the services offered through it. If “Dassios” is involved in any illegal action or is required to pay any compensation due to the breach of the customer’s obligations under these terms, the customer will be liable to indemnify “Dassios” for this reason. Each customer is solely responsible for securing the confidentiality of his/her password and he/she himself/herself undertakes the risk of damage from third party access in any way to its code.
In the event of post of material or content, “dassios” has no liability and cannot be deemed to accept such content.
In addition, customers hereby agree to indemnify “dassios” for any legal dispute arising between them and third parties due to the content they have posted, published or otherwise transmitted via the website and in the event of inaccurate registration of data on registration or updating of their information and generally in the event of violation of the present terms of use. Any use contrary to the above further to any civil and criminal penalties will result to the deletion of this content and at the same time the deletion of the customer’s account, which violates the present terms of use, without notice.

Assignment
This sale agreement and each and every covenant, term and condition herein are binding upon and endures to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors.
The customer cannot assign this agreement in whole or in part; however, “dassios” may assign or subcontract the sale agreement or any other of its rights to third parties at any time during its term.
Force Majeure
The failure of “dassios” to perform or delay in performance of any obligation under the sale agreement solely by reason of causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of God, acts of government, riots, wars, civil commotions, invasions, terrorist attacks or threat of terrorist attacks, strikes, fire, explosions, floods, natural disasters, shall not be deemed to be a breach of the sale agreement; Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that any event outside our control continues.
Waiver
No waiver of any default herein by either party or any failure to enforce any rights hereunder shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any subsequent default with respect to the same or any other provision hereof.
Severability
Should any part of this sale agreement be held unenforceable or in conflict with the applicable laws or regulations of any jurisdiction, the invalid or unenforceable part or provision shall be replaced with a provision which accomplishes, to the extent possible, the original business purpose of such part or provision in a valid and enforceable manner, and the remainder of this sale agreement shall remain binding upon the parties hereto.
Modification

Governing Law – Jurisdiction
The use of the website and the sale agreement shall be ruled and interpreted according to the laws of Greece.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or the sale agreement if not amicably settled, shall be submitted to the Courts of Athens.
