Shipping policy

DELIVERY:

Orders may take up to 3 working days to being processed. Once your order will be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of the shipment. All orders are sent via tracked delivery. Some countries’ postal providers do not track international parcels once they enter their territory

All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. Your order will be processed within up to 3 working days. Thereafter you will be notified when your order has been dispatched by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.

Dassios makes every effort to dispatch items on time.  However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. In any event, the goods will be delivered to the customer no later than 20 working days following the confirmation email we send you of the order. If the items are not delivered within the specific time period, we specify in the email confirming the shipment of your order, please contact us by phone on the number shown on your order invoice or by email at info@dassios.com, stating your order number.

Kindly note that we ship products worldwide.

We do not ship to PO. Boxes and all our shipments require a signature upon receipt.

Free Shipping on all orders in Greece.

European Union Countries

For orders up to 800-euro, shipping is 30 euro

For orders over  800-euro, shipping is free 

Rest of the World Countries

For order up to 800 euros – shipping is 50 euros

Orders over 800 euros – free shipping

Estimate time is calculated from the day of shipment and not from the day of the order.
