Refund policy

REPAIRS – RETURNS - EXCHANGES - REFUNDS

Dassios creates luxury prêt-à-porter or haute couture deluxe garments, by combining authentic, traditional, handmade embroideries, that are all unique and totally handmade. Most of the fabrics are hand woven with the traditional weaving technics and thus maybe subject to light defects. We strongly recommend always to follow the care labels instruction sewn on each garment and direct each garment to a professional dry cleaner only. We guarantee all Dassios designs are handmade to the finest quality. However, damage may occur over time based on the usage and way of treatment by the end customer. We recommend treating the Dassios garments with care and love passing them to your next generation.

Repairs

In case that you will need a repair on a damage that may occur in time, please feel free to send as a photograph of the item that needs to be repaired and we will be happy to assist you. Repair charges may occur depending on the nature of the repair. However, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs via tracked delivery postal service for repairing your item.


Returns

In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the goods within fourteen (14) days from the day you received them for exchange or credit note provided that goods are unworn, unused and unwashed in their original condition and packaging. 


For returns please contact us by email at info@dassios.com stating your order details, the reason for return and providing photographs of the item you wish to return. As soon as we receive this email by you, we will be happy to assist you on how to return the item be sending you a confirmation email with the relevant details. Please note: the customer is responsible to ship the returned goods to us with the exception of manufacturing fault. Also, custom charges (where it applies) are nonrefundable.

Items to be returned are accepted only in the case of being defective or wrongly delivered at the fault of Dassios. In such cases, exchanges or full refund of initial payment shall be issued upon request Returns of unwanted items due to personal opinion after the delivery of the order, are not accepted. If an order is received damaged, please photograph the damaged items immediately and notify us by phone on the number shown on your order invoice or by email at info@dassios.com, so as to assist you in returning the damaged goods to us within 14 calendar days of receiving delivery.

If you accept delivery of a package from us and (i) the goods are faulty; or (ii) we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us by phone on the number shown on your order invoice or by email at info@dassios.com as soon as possible or within 7 days and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them. We will exchange the damaged/faulty/incorrect goods without charge to you as soon as possible.

Please note that the return costs will usually not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

We strongly recommend that you use the returns services provided by us in order to return the goods safely. In the case that the customer wishes to use an alternative shipment service he will have to provide us with a confirmation number and he will be refunded when and only when the goods have been received by us intact.

Until items are returned to us you are responsible for their safety. We recommend that you use postal insurance for any returns, as we do not accept liability for damaged or lost packages during transit back to us.

To return your product, you have to address your product to:

If you are shipping an item to Atelier Dassios, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you wish to exchange your item for another, you can do so within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at info@dassios.com

Items to be exchanged are accepted only in the case of being defective or wrongly delivered at the fault of Dassios. In such cases, exchanges or full refund of initial payment shall be issued upon request.

We will replace items only if they are not defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@dassios.com and we will send you instructions on how to return your item safely to us via tracked delivery service.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on the institute of the initial payment.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Special offer items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded (if approved for refund). Unfortunately, sale or special offer items cannot be refunded.
